Pleasant Ridge Reserve is an aged, alpine-style cheese made by Upland Cheese in Wisconsin. Like the coveted, alpage versions of Beaufort and Gruyere, Pleasant Ridge is made only in the summer months, while the cows are grazing fresh pasture. The sweetness born from the grass-fed milk combines with the savory flavors developed by the cheese’s natural, washed rind. The resulting complexity – rich and salty, with a long, fruity finish – has made Pleasant Ridge one of the most distinctive and celebrated cheeses in the country.
Local Pickup Ordering
Orders will be fulfilled during hours of operation. If orders are placed after hours or within an hour of closing, your order will be ready the next day we are open.

2. We Will Contact You To Arrange Pick Up
You will receive a text message or a call when your order is ready. Curbside or instore pickup is available, and we can arrange and agree a time within store hours that suits you. You can even arrange pick up at the Farmers Market in Rochester! (seasonal)
3. Arrive At Store At Arranged Time
For curbside pick up – your order will be available for you in our outdoor cooler in our porch area.
For instore pick up – let us know you are here for order pick up and we will get your order for you.
