Why not give the gift of cheese? We can send a Rochester Cheese Lady Gift Certificate to a recipient of your choice and even include a message! Or you can add it to your order for pick up and send it yourself!

To send to someone, please enter their information under the “Ship to a different address” section of the Checkout Page. You can also add a personal message under the ORDER NOTES section at the bottom.

Certificates will be sent to your address unless you specify a recipient address or that you wish to pick up. Apologies we can only ship Gift Certificates NOT products to addresses at this time.

Local Pickup Ordering

Orders will be fulfilled during hours of operation. If orders are placed after hours or within an hour of closing, your order will be ready the next day we are open.

1. Order Online

Browse our products, add them to your cart, and place your order. During checkout, please note if you cannot receive text messages, and we can call instead.

2. We Will Contact You To Arrange Pick Up

You will receive a text message or a call when your order is ready. Curbside or instore pickup is available, and we can arrange and agree a time within store hours that suits you.  You can even arrange pick up at the Farmers Market in Rochester! (seasonal)

3. Arrive At Store At Arranged Time

For curbside pick up  – your order will be available for you in our outdoor cooler in our porch area.

For instore pick up – let us know you are here for order pick up and we will get your order for you.
