- Fromager D’Affinois – a brie-style soft cow’s milk cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region, that is unparalleled for its creamy paste – fresh and smooth!
- Ossau-Iraty – a semi-hard sheep’s milk cheese from the French Pyrenées, first made a thousand years ago, with a savory and sweet nutty flavor with hints of figs, hazelnuts, and olives.
- Bucherolle – a bloomy rind ripened goat’s cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region, chalky and dense on the interior with a thin layer of creamy cheese just below the rind.
- French Raclette – a semi-soft raw cow’s milk cheese from the Rhône-Alpes region – the world’s most famous melting cheese! Eaten as a table cheese, Raclette has a smooth, creamy taste that is neither too salty nor sharp with a pungent aroma.

Local Pickup Ordering
Orders will be fulfilled during hours of operation. If orders are placed after hours or within an hour of closing, your order will be ready the next day we are open.

2. We Will Contact You To Arrange Pick Up
You will receive a text message or a call when your order is ready. Curbside or instore pickup is available, and we can arrange and agree a time within store hours that suits you. You can even arrange pick up at the Farmers Market in Rochester! (seasonal)
3. Arrive At Store At Arranged Time
For curbside pick up – your order will be available for you in our outdoor cooler in our porch area.
For instore pick up – let us know you are here for order pick up and we will get your order for you.
