Alp Blossom is made by Sennerei Huban, Austria’s first cheese school. Her rind is golden with herbs and flowers, a mix of cornflower, lavender, marjoram, lovage and chervil. The cheese is an alpine style, with an umami flavor reminiscent of Gruyere; the addition of the alp blossom lends a herbaceous note.
